Trade Stand & Craft Application

Conditions of Acceptance

1. Stands will be charged at £2.00 a foot frontage-minimum cost £20
2. The Society reserves the right to refuse any entries without any reason given.
3. All persons making application for a Trade Stand Site are advised to have an insurance policy which covers Public Liability for this event.
4. Exhibitors will be expected to remove litter, broken china or glass etc from the ground space allotted to them.
5. No collection for Charitable Organisations will be allowed on the Rally Site unless authorised in writing by the Society.
6. Anyone selling alcohol or alcohol related products must have written permission from the Vintage Society before the Rally.
7. All trade stand owners must have a risk assessment of their stand available on the day.
